Finding Mimizan in this apartment was beyond our expectations! Living spaces for every period of the day, right in the center and quiet at the same time. Everything is there. Personal parking, household appliances... But above all and above all... One minute from the ocean...
Retrouver Mimizan dans cet appartement fut au delà de nos espérances ! Espaces de vie pour chaque période de la journée, plein centre et calme à la fois. Tout y est. Parking perso, électroménager... Mais surtout et avant tout... Une minute de l'océan...

Close to the ocean, 5 minutes walk, clean, spacious, comfortable, parking in front of the door, quiet, helpful neighbors. I stayed there three summers in a row.
Proche de l'océan, à 5 minutes à pieds, propre, spacieux, confortable, parking devant la porte, calme, voisins serviables. J'y ai séjourné trois été de suite.

Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé avec sa place de parking on peut tout faire à pied j'ai bien aimé les deux terrasses
